configure.ac: Check for .gnu_attribute on Power. 

	* configure.ac: Check for .gnu_attribute on Power.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_file_start): If supported, output
	attribute for floating-point ABI.
