RISC-V: Remove non-existing 'Zve32d' extension

Since this extension does not exist, this commit prunes this from
the defined extension version table.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* common/config/riscv/riscv-common.cc (riscv_ext_version_table):
	Remove 'Zve32d' from the version list.
