t-slibgcc-darwin (libgcc_s_%.dylib): Remove old symlinks before creating new ones. 

	* config/t-slibgcc-darwin (libgcc_s_%.dylib): Remove old symlinks
	before creating new ones.  Do symlinks before creating the actual
	targets.
