Add missed (?!) ChangeLog entry from previous commit earlier today:
	* fixinc/inclhack.def (broken_cabs): Make matching more generous.
	* fixinc/fixincl.x: Regenerate.
	* fixinc/tests/base/math.h: Regenerate to match test_text change.
