	* rtl.h (reinit_regs): New prototype.
	* regclass.c: Include ira.h.
	(reinit_regs): New.
	* Makefile.in (regclass.o): Add ira.h.
	* config/i386/i386.c (ix86_maybe_switch_abi): Use reinit_regs.
