Makefile.am (noinst_PROGRAMS): New variable. 

	* Makefile.am (noinst_PROGRAMS): New variable.
	(libexecsub_PROGRAMS): Remove variable.
	(install-exec-local, uninstall-local): New targets.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuild.
