	* gimplify.c (gimplify_modify_expr): When assigning to volatiles,
	copy the src value and return a copy.
	* doc/extend.texi (Volatiles): Move from C++ to C and expand.
	(C++ Volatiles): Adjust to describe C++ semantics only.
