Can you please add GnuCOBOL 4+ indexed handler ODBC?

Adding this to the general tests and documentation here would be good - so additional to the esql demo you'd have an indexed-sql demo, ideally accessing the same tables as in the esql one. And from that (or possibly first): an indexed-sql demo that uses "plain common INDEXED" access starting with OPEN OUTPUT (and possibly a secondOPTIONAL file) and a second esql demo that then accesses these "files" via EXEC SQL.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
